Starting this December, Ekstraklasa Live Park will have its own 4K / UHD transmission vehicle. Thanks to this, from the beginning of 2019, we will be ready to produce Ekstraklasa matches in 4K quality. The van will be able to produce a signal using HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, thus delivering an image to viewers that is not only four time higher in quality than HD, but also saturated with more natural colors.
For the meantime in Poland we can only see pictures of the new OB Van, however if you're interested in seeing it up-close and sooner, you're invited to visit it at the International Broadcast Conference in Amsterdam (13-18.09.2018). It will be located at the German Broadcast Solutions stand 0.E02.
